Boxplot

Introduction

This module draws an original-scale boxplot and a log-scale boxplot for each panel-group combination. Separate plots are drawn for each panel variable while side-by-side boxplots are drawn for each group variable within a panel plot (see the example plot in the guidance). Further description of the boxplot is given in the guidance.

Data Upload Required

This tool requires a dataset for analysis. Please upload a dataset using the interface below, or upload one of the example datasets using the Input Data menu at left.

  • StatDataML - XML based data exchange format [*.sdml]
  • ESRI shape file - ESRI shape files can be uploaded [*.shp]
  • Text tab delimited - Data should be in uninterrupted rows and columns with fields separated by a tab and field or column names in the first row. [*.everything else]
  • Note: File size is limited to approximately 1 MB. Attempts to load larger files may result in an error.
