Time Plot

Introduction

This module generates a time plot of the data. A time plot is simple the data plotted in chronological order. Detects are plotted as solid circles and non-detects are plotted as open circles. Further discussion of the setting and assumptions is contained in the guidance section of the module.

Data Upload Required

This tool requires a dataset for analysis. Please upload a dataset using the interface below, or upload one of the example datasets using the Input Data menu at left.

Upload a dataset

  • StatDataML - XML based data exchange format [*.sdml]
  • ESRI shape file - ESRI shape files can be uploaded [*.shp]
  • Text tab delimited - Data should be in uninterrupted rows and columns with fields separated by a tab and field or column names in the first row. [*.everything else]
  • Note: File size is limited to approximately 1 MB. Attempts to load larger files may result in an error.
